Helium Journal is loosely based on the tension between industrial and environmental concerns. Submissions (on any theme) are considered on a rolling basis. Please submit poetry (no more than 6 poems), non-fiction (any length), and fiction (roughly 1,000 words). Experimental or cross-genre writing is encouraged: we look forward to reading your work.

Politics

In regards to mounting ecological concerns and a culpable political system: our earth is not a means to an end.

Motive

The ultimate aim is to share and conflate methods of literary expression, in hopes of building a larger community. We publish original content.

Submissions

Please direct submissions (on any theme), queries (of any kind), or concerns (of the literary strain) to our email at helium.journal@gmail.com. Responses can be expected within 6 weeks.
